Garuda
Fleur de Sel
Garuda begins where two forces meet: coast and sky.
The coast is Kampot—where sun, wind, and sea draw delicate crystals from shallow salt pans. Harvested by hand at just the right moment, each fragile flake is the true flower of the salt—rare, mineral-rich, and fleeting.
The sky belongs to Garuda—the ancient bird of Khmer legend, symbol of strength, grace, and sovereignty. For centuries, it has carried Cambodia's finest expressions into the world.
We source from trusted coastal communities, where generations of craft endure. We do not make the salt—we honour it: selecting only the finest harvests, presenting them with care, and sharing their story beyond the shore.
Each tin holds more than salt. It holds a place, a tradition, and the quiet work of many unseen hands.
That is Garuda.
